Rural properties in Gisborne, Wairoa and East Coast are generating good prices heading into summer, says a local real estate expert.
Bayleys Real Estate Gisborne's Simon Bousfield told Rural Today's Dominic George that farm sales were buoyant.
"Off the back of last spring and autumn, they have gone to another level, while horticultural sales have also picked up over the last few months," he said.
