Northland rural property market in full-swing

Rural property sales are off to a good start to the New Year, with a local real estate expert reporting healthy activity.

After the usual slow period over summer, Bayleys Northland general manager Tony Grindle said the market was now in full swing.

He said there was also strong interest from astute investors in dairy farms.

"So much so that we are actively looking for dairy farms to promote through February and March," said Grindle.
