A man is dead after a tractor accident on a property in Motueka Valley near Nelson.
The man was reported to have been trapped under the vehicle.
In a statement, police said they were called to the scene on Graham Valley Rd at 8.15am on Thursday.
"The man has since died at the scene," said police. "The matter will be referred to WorkSafe and the Coroner."
