Interest continues in rural properties despite lockdown

Rural property sales are continuing, despite the constraints of the COVID-19 lockdown, says a rural sales expert.

Bayleys Northland general manager, Tony Grindle told Rural Today's Dominic George demand had been strong especially in the lifestyle sector.

He said at least two farms had gone under contract during the lockdown period.

"So there is activity happening and there are buyers in the marketplace."
