There's plenty of interest in rural real estate in the Gisborne area after lockdown, says Simon Bousfield of Bayleys.
He says tender dates had to be extended on some rural properties due to the lockdown but they're still getting "a good amount of interest" in the area.
"We've got around half a dozen good farms on the market," says Bousfield.
