'Be as prepared as possible': Advice for farmers ahead of calving season

With the calving season set to begin shortly, it's a busy time of the year on many farms across the country.

Angus Wood, Shoof International's New Zealand sales manager, says after an "unprecedented year" the company now has its representatives back on the road and it's business as usual following the COVID19 lockdown.

His advice to farmers during the calving season is to "be as prepared as possible".

"Make sure you've got all the equipment that you need for that and it's all in good working order as well," he told Rural Today.
