Worksafe has launched an investigation after a death on a farm in Southland on Monday.
The death is believed to have occurred after a tractor rolled in Glenham, WorkSafe said on Tuesday.
Another person who was injured in the accident was transferred to hospital.
"As we are now investigating we are unable to make any further comment," a spokesperson for WorkSafe said.
