Despite New Zealand's primary sector facing a number of challenges at the moment, Conrad Wilkshire, Property Brokers' general manager of rural, says the country's agriculture brand is "exceptionally well placed".
Wilkshire spoke to Rural Exchange to give an update on the rural property market.
He says in some cases investments in the primary sector can get returns of "15 percent plus on equity".
