Wilkshire spoke to Rural Exchange to give an update on the rural real estate market.
In the rolling 12 months to February dairy farm sales in the country rose 55 percent, Wilkshire told Rural Exchange, which he said was a "really good sign".
He said the total market was also up by around 46 percent.
