Emergency services are currently responding to a light aircraft crash in Canterbury.
Police said they were advised just after 11:30am on Wednesday the aircraft had crashed near Rakahuri Road, in Glentui, Waimakariri.
Initial indications are that all occupants have got themselves out of the aircraft, a police spokesperson said.
