With demand for lifestyle blocks remaining high, now is a good time for property owners thinking about moving onto a bigger farm to trade up and make the move, says Conrad Wilkshire, Property Brokers' general manager of rural.
Wilkshire spoke to Rural Exchange to give an update on the rural property market.
"For those who want land and it's always been the goal, their lifestyle block has gone up significantly and yet they can still get into some of these smaller blocks at what I would regard pretty affordable levels this autumn," Wilkshire said.
"Whether that's going to be the case next autumn, who knows?"
