John Banks is vowing to fight on after Attorney-General Chris Finlayson cleared Crown Law and Mike Heron QC of any wrongdoing over its failed prosecution against the former ACT leader.
Mr Banks says the justice system is broken and he's on a mission to fix it.
"The Court of Appeal has said that the Solicitor-General’s behaviour and Crown Law's behaviour has caused a serious miscarriage of justice," says Mr Banks. "This investigation should have been done independently."
