On Monday morning, a member of the Paul Henry team discovered a house for sale in Dannevirke for an asking price of $72,000.
The house is on a full 1000 square metre site and is weather boarded.
Real estate agent Nigel Jackson, the agent trying to sell this house, this morning joined Paul Henry to try to convince Paul why somebody should pack up and move to Dannevirke for a house like this.
