The Government is forcing landlords to insulate rental properties under fresh changes to our tenancy law.
It says it will make homes warmer and drier. But does it go far enough?
Mangere Budgeting Services chief executive Darryl Evans believes more needs to be done.
"I think it's a good start but it doesn't go far enough. Advocates around the country want a WOF to ensure the properties are safe, well maintained and easy to heat. The reality is we do go into houses that are extremely cold and young children are getting sicker by the day."
