The photos were taken by Marino Testino immediately after her christening at a church on the Sandringham estate on Sunday.
The photos feature a group picture of Charlotte's close family in the drawing room of the Queen's private Norfolk residence.
Other images include pictures of the Princess and her mother Kate and William and Prince George.
Testino has previously taken pictures of both princes William and Harry with their father, the Prince of Wales, and he took the Cambridges' engagement pictures.
