People are increasingly concerned about sugar. So what do you do if you are a global soft drink giant and sales are down?

Coca Cola USA's global profits are up, even though its sales are down.

It is selling smaller packaged drinks. They cost more per 100ml than the larger bottles.

The company is also expanding into products like water and iced tea.

Coke New Zealand is employing a similar strategy.
