The global boss of the outsourcing giant says allegations about Mt Eden prison are a major issue for Serco.
Serco’s CEO Rupert Soames was in New Zealand this week, meeting with the Minister of Corrections Sam Lotu-Iiga and Corrections CEO Ray Smith.
He tells Lisa Owen he's very worried about the existence of so-called ‘fight clubs’ at the Serco-run prison and that Serco is interested in expanding into rail services in New Zealand.
