All Blacks captain Richie McCaw is now the most-capped international rugby player of all time, with 142 tests and counting.
The Bledisloe Cup, the Rugby championship, the World Cup - you name it; he's done it and won it.
Sir Graham Henry, the man who appointed McCaw as All Blacks' captain joined Paul Henry this morning.
Sir Graham says McCaw's got it all.
"He's the most influential rugby player who's ever played the game. Very bright, very resourceful, very brave… you put all that together and players play for him."
Sir Graham says he is very proud of the team.
