Women make up half the work force and they outnumber men in gaining degrees and diplomas by two to one. You’d be forgiven for thinking that things are getting better for women, but the lack of women in STEM; that's science, technology, engineering, and mathematics – is an ongoing problem.
Some say things are getting worse, and there are concerns it's holding back innovation.
