The International Cabaret season returns to the Auckland Town Hall tonight.
Seven of the hottest cabaret acts from New Zealand and overseas will be offering original, classic, and contemporary performances to create an intimate and intoxicating experience.
New Zealand singer/songwriter Annie Crummer is among them, and joined Paul this morning to speak about her theatrical career and why she hasn't tried to break out overseas.
She's performing tonight in a sold-out show, paying homage to Billie Holiday by singing some of her songs.
More information about the International Cabaret season, including how to buy tickets, can be found on the Auckland Live website.
