All Blacks Test veteran Conrad Smith was among the 31 All Blacks named in the 2015 Rugby World Cup squad in Wellington last night.
It will be his third and final Rugby World Cup and he says being named is always an honour.
"You never take it for granted, but particularly sharing it with the 30 other guys and seeing the buzz in the room – particularly with some of the newer players – [it] sort of brings home how special it is to be named in the All Blacks anytime. But for a World Cup, it's a great feeling."
