Barack Obama's right-hand man could be on the verge of running for the top job himself.
Vice-President Joe Biden is said to be seriously weighing it up as donors for Hillary Clinton are shying away.
There have also been more damaging revelations involving the former Subway guy, Jared Fogle.
Fogle was investigated last month over possessing child pornography and traveling to pay for sex with minors.
An investigation has also been carried out into The Jared Foundation which Fogle founded in 2008 with the promise to spend $2 million going into schools and community centres to educate kids and adults on obesity.
