Kiwi making it big in Hollywood, via China

By Ryan Bridge

Last month Story introduced you to Patrick Rosevear.

He's the Kiwi bloke who starred in a reality dating show in China with 100 million viewers.

He's definitely making it big over there, but we reckon we've found another Kiwi who is on the verge of full-blown stardom in Red China.

Augusta Xu-Holland has just finished shooting a feature film and Story caught up with her in Beijing.

She's a long way from home – a 24-year-old Kiwi with no acting experience, but she looks right at home on a movie set.

She's just wrapped shooting in a supporting role for movie The Last Race, a WWII period drama following the story of Scottish Olympic runner Eric Liddell, played by Shakespeare in Love's Joseph Fiennes.
