Amy Clague is barely out of her teenage years and she is already facing a massive life dilemma.
She has been stalked by a disease which threatens to put her into a wheelchair and the treatment to save her from that future would not only cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, but could kill her.
Ms Clague has multiple sclerosis - a condition where the immune system starts attacking the brain lining.
It is not certain the disease will disable her but if she does not roll the dice now and embark on an expensive radical procedure, her mobility might be lost to her forever.
It will change or save her life and if it helps, it is priceless says Ms Clague.
