Fertility experts are warning men that using a cell phone for as little as an hour a day could be “cooking sperm” and lowering fertility.

A new study shows that having a phone within a foot or two of the body could lower sperm levels enough that conceiving a child could be difficult.

Professor Gedis Grudzinskas, a fertility consult at St George's Hospital London and in Harley Street says men need to think about their wellbeing and try to stop being addicted to their phones.

"If you wear a suit to work put the mobile in your chest pocket instead of close to your testes. It will reduce the risk of your sperm count dropping or dropping so much.”
