How much is too much to pay for wine at a restaurant?

Wine expert Yvonne Lorkin joined Paul Henry to answer the question about how much it’s acceptable for a restaurant to mark up the price of a bottle of wine.

She says that anywhere from 180 percent to 300 percent is normal.
