New Zealand needs to find a balance between cannabis prohibition and legalisation according to a drug researcher.
Massey University’s Chris Wilkins says it would be the right move to treat drug use as a health issue rather than a criminal one.

"There's more options than just prohibition and a commercial, profit-driven market like we have for tobacco and alcohol. We know that tobacco and alcohol model has a lot of problems."
