It’s a remote meat thermometer for your iphone.
The probe goes into meat & connects to a transmitter and the temperature gets displayed on your phone as a number and graph. Your phone beeps when the meat is almost done and again when it’s ready.
Infrared thermometer - $109
An industrial gadget that you aim from a distance to measure temperature.
Great for pizza ovens, sick children or anything you don’t want to get out of your chair for.
Flame boss smoker controller - $699
For slow-cook charcoal barbecues, it also includes a meat temperature probe and connects to your phone.
It’s a thermostat powered fan that keeps the temperature just right for 10-15 hour cooks.
