Victoria Crone plans to cut $500m a year from council spending

Auckland mayoral candidate Victoria Crone joined Paul Henry to talk about her plans for the Super-City.

If elected she plans to cut at least $500 million a year out of the council's budgets and limit the city's rates increases to two percent a year.
