Sunday is World Day Against Child Labour, which also marks one year since the launch of Child Labour Free certification labels on products here in New Zealand; the first anniversary of the world's first system to certify products as child labour free.
It’s estimated 150 million children are currently trapped in work. They’re in sweatshops making our clothes, the factories that make our toys, and at least half of them are doing it in highly dangerous conditions.
