Dr Jinger Gottschall, a leading American exercise scientist, is visiting New Zealand says high intensity interval training (HIIT) could be the key in reducing our chronic obesity statistics.
She's here to share findings with the country’s largest health services exporter.
She says we need to exercise harder and in less time, which is the premise of HIIT.
