Making a Murderer has made a star out of defence attorney Jerry Buting.
The 10‐part documentary series follows the case against Steven Avery and his nephew Brendan Dassey, who were convicted of murdering a young local woman.
Mr Buting was one of Steven's original defence lawyers and became an unlikely breakout star.
He and fellow defence lawyer Dean Strang will be in New Zealand later in the year.
He joined Paul Henry from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
