Two police shootings in one week have renewed calls to limit New Zealand police access to firearms.
Police killed a man in Hamilton during a drug raid on Tuesday. They also shot an armed man, who remains in a serious condition, in Rotorua on Thursday.
The latest figures released under the Official Information Act show police have shot 22 people in the last decade - nine of them fatally.
