Hillary Clinton not only has the Presidential battle on her hands, she's also now the subject of a wrongful death lawsuit.
The parents of two Americans killed in the 2012 terrorist attacks on US diplomatic facilities in Benghazi have filed a wrongful death lawsuit in federal court against Ms Clinton.
They claim that Clinton's use of a private email server contributed to the attacks. They also accuse her of defaming them in public statements.
Also, investigations continue into what went horribly wrong when a 10-year-old boy was killed on a water slide in Kansas.
The slide had allegedly not been inspected for two years.
