Graeme Kendall has released a new book detailing the 193 days he spent circumnavigating the globe on his yacht The Astral Express, To the Ice and Beyond.
He not only survived icy cold seas and hungry polar bears attracted to his food, he did it alone at an age most people are enjoying their retirement.
The sailor and adventurer spoke to Paul Henry about his adventures.
