The unprecedented water crisis that's plaguing Havelock North is just not going away.
In fact it's getting worse, with the council taking precautionary measures after a water tanker filled in Hastings tested positive to E. Coli.
Officials say it could've been a false reading but chlorine has now been dumped into the Hastings water supply just in case.
