A new poll shows the majority of Kiwis want personal possession of cannabis decriminalised or made legal.
It comes after Labour Leader Andrew Little said he wanted to hold a referendum on the drug if elected to Government.
However, international drug expert, Keith Graves, says the social ramifications are too big.
