The New Zealand Rugby Union (NZRU) has chosen not to punish individuals after an investigation into a stripper controversy at a Chiefs post-season party.
The stripper alleged she was touched roughly by some players at a function, but the NZRU says the allegations could not be substantiated.
The players have been warned however, and told their party was not appropriate.
Clinical psychologist in sport Karen Nimmo joined Paul Henry to discuss this and whether sports stars are supposed to be role models.
