State of emergency in Charlotte

North Carolina's governor has declared a state of emergency in Charlotte, after violence erupted during a second night of protests over the police killing of a black man.

One protester remains in a critical condition after a civilian on civilian shooting, police said. Nine other protesters were also injured and police arrested 44 people.

Radar Online's Lachlan Cartwright joined Paul Henry from New York to talk about this, plus allegations of abuse against Brad Pitt.
