The 21 January 2013 episode of Campbell Live included a story about ACC which reported ACC beneficiary Francis Kumar receiving ACC payments for a bad back while living and apparently working in Fiji.
ACC has since closed its investigation into the matter and has not taken any action against Mr Kumar.
