Fancy a fish dinner? How about a fish bladder?
Celebrity chef Al Brown has just embarked on a brand new venture.
He's partnered with the fish delivery service Fresh Catch and part of his mission is to make sure they fish sustainably.
So how do you do that with our ever depleting fish stocks?
Well it's called 'nose to tail' eating, which means you leave nothing behind - from the head to the bladder, it's all on the menu.
