The New Zealand company waging a war on food waste and feeding the hungry

Two years ago Deborah Manning set up Kiwi Harvest, an organisation that takes food destined for  dumpsters and delivers it to those in need. 

It's a simple idea, but there's nothing simple in the delivery of it.  Despite that  they've made it a success , recently delivering their millionth meal 

Deborah spoke to Duncan Garner.
