Should bars be allowed to serve alcohol, without food, on Easter Sunday?

Joseph Parker's world title unification bout against Anthony Joshua at Cardiff's Principality Stadium clashes with Easter Sunday in New Zealand. Restaurants and cafes, including bars, are able to open, but they can only serve alcohol if a person is there for dining, and they can’t drink for longer than one hour either side of that meal.
