A Kiwi man has started up his own company to employ his Down Syndrome daughter, who was struggling to find a job.
This year, Tony Sykes set up Downlights, a soy candle business, after months of approaching corporates with his daughter Emma.
In less than a week, they sold more than 70 candles - and on Friday Mr Sykes told The AM Show he never anticipated how big the business would become.
