The 2018-2019 Hays Salary Guide recently revealed that fifty-five per cent of skilled Kiwi professionals intend to ask for a pay rise in their next review.
They also suggest ways of doing it, including preparing a list of achievements, staying calm and professional and having a fall-back position.
