Up to 50 homeless people sleep in a Rotorua shelter each night since it opened about a month ago, but after the building was inspected, the council said they are not allowed to sleep there
Tiny Deane, who runs the shelter, says the building is fitted with cameras, smoke alarms & there are two security guards. But most importantly, he says, he is offering an immediate solution to homelessness.
