Since 1900, chefs have been striving for the ultimate badge of honour- the Michelin star.
One recipient is Kirk Westaway, who heads fine dining restaurant, Jaan, in Singapore.
Kirk is in New Zealand for one night, at a sold-out culinary affair at Auckland restaurant, Clooney.
