Shane Liu left his cushy cooporate job this year to follow his passion and open a dumpling shop.
One month after the grand opening, Sumthin Dumplin is selling out twice a day and will be in the line-up for this week's Curious Food Festival at Auckland's Shed 10.
Shane says if you keep it simple and cook from the heart, making dumplings is easy.
He spoke to Duncan Garner.
