New research by Hays shows most people don't take their full lunch breaks.
Despite 93 percent of those surveyed admitting increased productivity if they step away from the desk, only 28 percent said they take their full break on most days.
Meanwhile, 22 percent take half a break and 7 percent never take a break.
There are concerns this is not good for the wellbeing of workers.
