Earlier this year, Perpetual Guardian made headlines for trialling a temporary four-day working week with their staff.
Now, as per the original trial, employees will be able to opt-in to the four-day work week and be eligible for a rest day provided they meet their weekly productivity objectives, while paid their usual salary.
